MicroPort CardioFlow is seeking an experienced, results-driven Process Engineer committed to continuous improvement to join its team in the Dominican Republic. 🎓 Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering within regulated manufacturing environments, including cleanroom operations. Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken. Required. Willingness and availability to travel up to 50% of the time. ⚙️ Technical Skills Manufacturing processes and continuous improvement. Process optimization, root cause analysis, and problem-solving. Process validation using IQ/OQ/PQ protocols. Management of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), non-conformances, and process deviations. Bill of Materials (BOM) management and technical documentation. Data analysis and process capability assessment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio. 🌟 Professional Competencies Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
