The company is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of Administrative Officer. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various administrative tasks within the organization.

Your day-to-day tasks will include organizing meetings and maintaining databases, as well as booking transport and accommodation for staff members. You will also play a key role in the planning and execution of company events and conferences.

Ordering stationery and IT equipment will be one of your regular responsibilities, ensuring that the office is well-equipped for daily operations. In addition, you will handle correspondence, complaints, and queries, providing timely and professional responses.

Preparing letters, presentations, and reports will be a part of your role, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills. Furthermore, you will oversee the work of administrative staff, ensuring that tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.
