Bilingual Customer Service Representative Call Center Tiempo completo Trabajo

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our call center team in Santo Domingo Este. As a Bilingual Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries in both Spanish and English through inbound phone calls. Your main objective will be to provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.

To qualify for this role, you must have a Dominican ID or work permit, as well as a high school diploma or certificate. Additionally, you should have an intermediate or advanced level of English and basic computer skills.

Previous experience is not required for this position. We are specifically looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a friendly tone of voice.
