We are seeking a seasoned professional in Human Resources to take charge of labor relations, training and development, recruitment, and actively contribute to the department's restructuring efforts.
Main Responsibilities:
Labor Relations Management:
- Cultivate positive labor relations.
- Resolve labor conflicts while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Training and Development:
- Develop programs to enhance skills and competencies.
- Identify opportunities for professional growth.
Recruitment and Selection:
- Coordinate effective recruitment processes.
- Evaluate candidates and ensure seamless onboarding.
Department Restructuring:
- Participate in reviewing and standardizing internal processes.
- Develop clear procedures to optimize department efficiency.
- Create detailed manuals reflecting changes and guide the team.
- Design forms and tools necessary for the implementation and evaluation of new processes.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in human resources, emphasizing labor relations and recruitment.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in designing and implementing training programs.
- Ability to lead departmental restructuring.
- Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency.
