We are seeking a seasoned professional in Human Resources to take charge of labor relations, training and development, recruitment, and actively contribute to the department's restructuring efforts.

Main Responsibilities:

Labor Relations Management:

  • Cultivate positive labor relations.
  • Resolve labor conflicts while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Training and Development:

  • Develop programs to enhance skills and competencies.
  • Identify opportunities for professional growth.

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Coordinate effective recruitment processes.
  • Evaluate candidates and ensure seamless onboarding.

Department Restructuring:

  • Participate in reviewing and standardizing internal processes.
  • Develop clear procedures to optimize department efficiency.
  • Create detailed manuals reflecting changes and guide the team.
  • Design forms and tools necessary for the implementation and evaluation of new processes.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in human resources, emphasizing labor relations and recruitment.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in designing and implementing training programs.
  • Ability to lead departmental restructuring.
  • Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency.
