We are currently seeking a Telemarketing Operator to join our team in Santiago de Los Caballeros.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site position for a Telemarketing Operator. The Telemarketing Operator will be responsible for customer service, communication, customer engagement, client prospecting, and sales. Their duties will include contacting potential clients, introducing our services, highlighting the benefits of partnering with Hytech Nexo, and scheduling appointments and meetings for our sales team.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service, communication, and customer engagement skills.
• Demonstrated success in client prospecting and sales.
• Ability to implement effective sales techniques and strategies.
• Proficiency in using CRM and other sales tools.
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Capable of working in a team environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is advantageous.
