Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a skilled Telemarketing Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for various aspects of customer interaction, including customer service, communication, client prospecting, and sales. The primary duties include contacting potential clients, introducing our services, highlighting the advantages of collaborating with Hytech Nexo, and arranging appointments and meetings for our dedicated sales team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication, and customer contact skills.
• Proven track record of successful client prospecting and sales.
• Proficiency in applying effective sales techniques and strategies.
• Experience in using CRM and other sales tools for efficient workflow.
• Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is considered an advantageous asset.
