We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The main responsibility of the Customer Service Representative will be to manage incoming calls and address customer service inquiries. You will also need to follow up with customers to ensure that any issues or problems have been resolved to their satisfaction.

In addition, the Customer Service Representative should have strong communication skills in English. This includes the ability to understand and respond to customer needs over the phone. You should also have exceptional listening skills in order to fully understand and address customer concerns.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in a customer service role and be able to work well in a team environment. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and has a sense of urgency when addressing customer needs.
